BLESSING DAY CELEBRATION IN OUR SCHOOL

“Perfectly fulfilled and famous are those, in whose minds the supreme lord god abides, by his grace, his devotees become famous and acclaimed. “Keeping this in mind. Blessing day was celebrated on 15th February, 2020 with religious fervor and ardency in the school premises. The campus, on that day was fully decorated with colorful garlands and a variety of flowers. The sitting place of Guru Granth Sahib Ji was giving reflection as a holy temple. Students as well as the teachers of the school sat peacefully in the lap of God. The holy path of Sukhmani Sahib was recited in the morning. The onlookers listened the whole path attentively. Students of the school recited Shabad Kirtan and enchanted everyone with their melodious voice. The enchanting of hymns mesmerized the gathering.  Apart from this, trophies were awarded to the position holders of classes Nursery to XII for attaining first, second & third position in the last session 2018-19. Vice President Harpratap Singh Brar, Manager Adarshpal Bector, Treasurer Harjiwanpal Singh Gill, Mr. Pavittarpal Singh Pangli, S.Rajinder Singh Khalsa and other committee members graced the occasion by their presence. The school Vice President Harpratap Singh addressed the children “Moral Values and good results are the great pillars to build a successful career of students. Children must walk on such principles in their life to reach the pinnacle”. He also wished them success in their final examinations. The school treasurer Harjiwanpal Singh Gill said “This institution is celebrating an auspicious 550th birth anniversary of Sh. Guru Nanak Dev Ji. This shows how far flung we have come and how far we have to go. We can achieve the utmost satisfaction only in the presence of true guru and his blessings are inevitable to achieve success in every arena of life. School Principal D.P.Thakur said “This year the school has organized the path of Sukhmani sahib twice in the campus. It is matter of great honour to get blessings of the God by celebrating such pious occasions. We shall be grateful towards the lord almighty for providing copious amount of joy and triumphs”. After the path “Guru Ka langar” was served to all the devotees. Thus, the day of the event ended successfully with a pious gesture.
